同一班餅友去學蛋糕﹐今次揀咗個『白衣天使』即係白乳酪芝士草莓果凍蛋糕。過程不算太複雜﹐喺屋企都可以做到。
因為前幾日唔係咁舒服﹐個蛋糕都擺咗喺雪櫃兩日先拎出嚟切。係有少少出水﹐浸到個底層蛋糕都開始濕﹐比較難剷起﹐但好彩就冇壞。影完相就入盒拎返公司比同事同家姐食﹐嘩﹗真係估佢唔到原來咁正﹐草莓果凍配上白乳酪芝士的清新感覺令我對白乳酪芝士非常有好感﹐值得值得﹗
啊 Sir 介紹呢款白乳酪芝士可以喺 Citysuper 買到﹐有興趣嘅朋友都可以試試啊﹗
